Yard time!

Summer in Sitka.  Rain boots and a stocking hat.

Yards with fences are a hot ticket around here,

and yesterday Phoebë and I went to the neighbors

to play with Conner and Lola in their

fenced jungle yard! 

I get a little grumpy when I have to get all my gear on.

While I was gone Rosie stayed home with

dad and took a nap on the couch.

Uma came to visit

Uma came to visit last weekend. 

We went hiking, to the park 3 times,

and we played in the house a lot.

  Mom didn't take many

pictures because she was so busy,

but here are just a couple.

I was just jotting down some ideas. 

I like to write with a pen.

Mom was taking Rosie's picture and I managed to

get a finger in there.

Today mom's friend Amy took me to the park.

Happy mother's day to all! 

Here are some around the house photos.

Sister sits in her chair, on top of the table for safety reasons,

or that's what my parents tell me!

I was reading a book to my sister.

Dad had to work so mom took us to Totem Park to play.

I always put the wrong boots on, there are so many

brown boots around here! 

Bikes have nearly replaced my love of dogs.

I am now a big fan of all bikes, big and little.

The sun came out, things were going pretty well

and then I fell into a tidal pool.

Note the wet pant legs.

Sister came too, but she spent the whole time

inside mom's coat sleeping.

I love throwing rocks!

And I still love dogs.

I like to hold my sister and I am getting better at it.

I really like to give her kisses,

in fact I probably give her about 50 kisses a day

and 48 of them are very gentle.

Her fingers are so tiny and they move a lot!

Friends for dinner

These are my friends Teagan (blonde) and Wren. 

They came over for dinner tonight.

 We sat at my table and had corn and salmon burgers.

We shared a lot of food and our sippy cups.

 I checked on sister to make sure she was ok. 

I gave her gentle kisses too.

She's gaining weight!  I love her!

Bye Bye Grandma!

We had so much fun with grandma and now she is getting ready to leave tomorrow.

She said I can come and play at her house this summer!

Rumor has it that there is a lot of room to play

and I can run around outside until I drop!

In the first picture I am a little blurry, but I think

it really captures my "in-motion" lifestyle.

The rest of the pictures are of my sister and me

hanging out with grandma. 

We are going to miss her!!
