Adios daylight.

The sun is going down around 3:45 and it is dark about 4:15.
We have to get out while we can!

We had a practice Thanksgiving while Uncle Justin was here.
Delicious!

Hike to the beach.

First we had to read about all the bears.

I knew they were too quiet!
I found them sneaking some candy from the top of the fridge.

They have a jetted tub in their bathroom that
makes the most awesome bubbles!

Spectacular weather!

Little Rosie and her hat.

Cedar can do about 5 pushups and he has great form.

Bed time hugs.  They have been playing so well together lately.

"Chase me Uncle Justin, chase me!"
The new house has a track, so to speak,
where they kids can run lap after lap.
Bye Uncle J, it was fun!

Today we did a family photo shoot,
from something I bought in an auction a year ago.
Can't wait to see how they turned out!

4 year old boy!

Playing outside with Phoebë Snow!

Breakfast in the new eating area.

First birthday party of the season.

From the Alaska Day Parade, they made the Sentinel.

Cousin Sarah visits!

Rosie wants to help do everything, including cocktail mixing.

Cedar giving Sarah the roll-out after her big mountain hike,
and maybe post dog-bite.

New jammies for Rosie.

The view!

A make-shift pumpkin patch in Sitka.

Face painting - Rosie got a rainbow.

Cedar got an octopus.

Stardust ball: drunk prom queen (or Courtney Love?)
and Babe the Blue Ox, respectively.
My dress may or may not have caught on fire
and Sarah may or may not have nearly been arrested for
public peeing/showing an officer the dog bite on her left cheek.

Katie (mother of Logan and Lily) with Rosie before Stardust.

Birthday Party #2.  Matilda (far right) turns 2.

Smile Rosie.

Swimming!

Rosie talking to Mema.

Halloween - Rosie the princess.

Cedar, the (unhappy) shark/dolphin.

Trick or treating.  Cedar didn't lick anything,
a Halloween miracle!

Rosie as Minnie-Mouse at Janna's house.

Uncle Justin arrives!  Rosie helps him grind his coffee.

And the birthday boy!  2 bouncy houses, a big chocolate cake,
20+kids, a full lunch and a whole lot of fun.

He blew each candle out one at a time.

Playing with Uncle Justin.

Cedar's 4th birthday was all about the lego.

And Rosie, talking to Uncle Kaleb or Cousin Sarah or Mema.
She loves to chat!
