Bellingham Photos

Rosie got to spend a lot of time with her mother on this trip.
We visited the Smiths and more Smiths
and Uncle Gabe (which Rosie called every other man on the trip),
Aunt Meghan, Groovy and Mema!

Uma, Zola and Rosie went to the park.

Uncle Gabe time!

Uma read everyone a book.

They made a spot just for Lily, but Lily didn't want to sit down.
Next time Lily!

Aunt Nae Nae and Sawyer, who was fresh from the womb.

Sawyer May, just an hour out of the womb.

Mema bought Rosie a dress and Uma modeled it for her.

More park time in the sunshine.
Rosie said at one point "It is too bright out here, turn the lights off mama".
Too long in Alaska!

Cedar got the gift of a chainsaw.  Now he can help Grandpa Ian cut the trees down.

And on our last day Rosie puked all over the car and had an early bath.

Despite how badly she smelled and felt, she was in good spirits.
And again she said "I want go home".  And we did.

March 24

After the girl's trip to Bellingham, there are lots of pictures to add.
However, these are not them.
This is from a couple days ago at the park
and yesterday in the sun, watching the herring fishery.

Bellingham photos to follow.

Our whole reason for going to Bellingham over spring break:
New cousin!!  Meet Sawyer May Smith.

Cedar's preschool sent out some photos.
These are the pictures of Cedar,
but if you wanted to check out all the pictures
of the kids you don't know, here is the link:

The Cedar and Rosie show

These two are quite the characters.

Bathtime.

Snuggling (or nuggling if you are Cedar) in to watch
Finding Nemo.

Last Friday we took a little spin in the sailboat,
not a cloud in the sky and glassy, calm waters.

Haircut number 2 was much easier this time,
but still ended with a cookie from the Backdoor.

And look at this guy, potty trained completely!
He got to pick out a new toy for all his good, um, work.

On Sunday we had brunch with Logan, Lily and their parents.
Delicious!

And today the rains came.  It had been almost a month.
30 knot winds and pouring rain can't deter the Starbucks!
Until one, not to be named, fell into a large puddle, like a lake.
Then determent ensued.
